Do I HAVE to be home during the organising session?

No! I often work independently while a client is away or at work. I tailor my organising services to align with your preferences and schedule. We can work side-by-side, you can be at home - popping in & out to answer questions or I can work alone.

Generally speaking, projects tend to run more effectively if a client is around/available on the day for at least part of the session for me to consult with on important decisions such as style preferences, items you wish to donate, and understanding your family's routines.

While your presence on the day is beneficial, in cases where it is not possible we will gather all the necessary information, goals, needs & guidelines for the project before we start so we can create a result that aligns with your vision & needs.

All final keep & let go decisions are always made by the client - no items will be discarded or removed from your home without your explicit consent.

I have organised in the past but it quickly goes back to being messy - will I be able to keep the system in place?

Our services go beyond simply tidying up. We create systems tailored to your lifestyle, everything has a home that makes sense, labelled & systems that are simple as possible for everyone in the family to follow ensuring they work for for the long haul. Our ultimate goal is to leave you with a beautifully organised space that's easy to maintain on your own.

If life is too busy to maintain the space on your own or you’d just like a refresh, we offer maintenance sessions to reset things back to that organised baseline.

Do you travel to organise or set up homes outside of Perth?

Yes I can absolutely travel to organise. The client covers travel & accomodation costs in addition to the hours I am organising in your home. If you would like to chat with me about the scope of your project & costs involved email natalie@getsortedco.com.au to arrange a call.

Will you pressure me to get rid of things?

Of course not! Not all projects require decluttering & letting go. However If you feel like you spend too much time and energy tidying & managing the ‘stuff’ in your home or cupboards & draws are full of things you don’t use or need - you would probably benefit from some editing & letting go to make room for the things you use & love. We are there to assist and support you in the decision-making process, the ultimate decision is, of course, yours. 

At the end of the session we can take away items for donation to a local charity store at no extra cost.
